This Commercial License explains how you are allowed to use the digital products you purchase from VersePrompt LTD via verseprompt.com.

What You Are Buying

When you buy a product from VersePrompt, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital content for your own projects, subject to the terms below. You are not buying the underlying intellectual property or copyright.

Permitted Uses

Subject to these terms, you may:

• Use our prompts, frameworks, and content systems to create your own text, content, and ideas.
• Use the prompts and frameworks for commercial projects (e.g., client work, your own business marketing, content creation).
• Modify, adapt, or combine the prompts with your own ideas for internal use in your business.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share our digital products “as is” or in a way that competes with VersePrompt.
• Upload or sell our prompt packs, frameworks, or content templates on marketplaces (e.g., Etsy, Gumroad, similar sites) as your own product.
• Include our original files as a main value component in any product you sell.
• Claim copyright ownership of VersePrompt’s original content.

Ownership

All digital products remain the intellectual property of VersePrompt LTD. You receive a license to use the content under these terms, but you do not own the source files or underlying IP.

Non-Exclusive License

This license is non-exclusive. VersePrompt may continue to sell the same or similar products to other customers.

License Violations

If you violate the terms of this license (for example, by reselling our products as your own), VersePrompt LTD reserves the right to revoke your license and take further action where necessary.
